1. Services
Explainvo provides a range of professional creative services, including but not limited to:

2D Animation
Real Stock Footage Explainer Videos
Video Editing and Motion Graphics
2. Payment & Billing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are due upfront unless a separate payment schedule is agreed upon in writing.
Work will commence only after payment confirmation has been received.
3. Revisions
Our services include an unlimited number of revisions (as specified in your individual project quote) to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
4. Delivery
Project delivery timelines will be established and communicated before the commencement of work.
Explainvo is not responsible for delays caused by missing client feedback, late delivery of assets, or other client-side dependencies.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, full usage rights for the completed work are transferred to you.
Explainvo retains the right to showcase completed projects in our professional portfolio and for promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement or a written request to the contrary is established.
6. Limitation of Liability
Explainvo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.
Our total liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if requested before significant production work has begun.
Custom projects are non-refundable once the production phase has started
8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (or applicable international laws for overseas clients).
